Elisa Neptune Assay Diluent
ELISA Neptune Assay Diluent is an ELISA assay diluent designed to reduce background noise in problematic human, porcine and bovine serum or plasma samples. Specially formulated for use in antigen-down ELISA, it contains non-mammalian protein and proprietary detergent additives to reduce non-specific IgG adsorption to antigen coated and blocked ELISA well surfaces. The difference in complexity, between serum or plasma samples and diluted standard curve proteins, is a potential cause of target analyte under-recovery. BUF039A equalizes the matrix, inhibits complement and thrombin activity and contains an antimicrobial agent.
